Henlo, I'm from Mexico and it's quite interesting to see those room guardians, as they resemble handcrafted creatures we call alebrijes. I actually think the work of the artist is wonderful and a whole new approach to this concept. BTW alebrijes are also supposed to take care of you in your dreams.
