In 2023, the best martial arts is the one that allows you to get to a better weapon and integrate it. For me: boxing for mastering time and space, Muay Thai for weaponizing joints, Sayoc Kali for secondary weapon, and Sambo for integration with everything including primary weapon.

Well explained, but in my opinion it's more likely for an average person learning combat samba to become a more balanced fighter tajn a person training only bjj the problem is that u can't find sambo everywhere. Very well explained btw.

I would also add, the individual plays a huge role. if you are more naturally inclined to being strong and explosive, i feel sambo is more effective. if you are more inclined to being flexible, and strong cardio, bjj would be more effective. in a nutshell. but nothing is absolute, it all depends lol

Dumbest answer, and incredibly unnecessarily long, ever heard. What is better boxing or kickboxing in a real fight, at the same level, weight, and both fighters only knowing what is under debate (obviously): Kickboxing. If you are not trained to absorb leg kicks or dodge/absorb high ones, at the same level/weight... you are gonna get destroyed 19 times out of 20. The rest is dodging the question, I would not like to be your student at anything.
