I cant be the only one to think that that approach makes sense... If i have 50 cars to sell, and 1500 customers interested, its only logical to sell to those that have been with the brand for the longest time, have owned the most cars and shows loyalty to the brand and what it represents. If they have a limited amount of cars to sell, why would they sell to the random guy that just walked in the dealership someday asking for the creme de la creme?

The Problem with McLaren is they Need Money so they wil oder you a Special car quickier then the other two Brands. Also they have to many Special Cars Right now

McLaren would no doubt hand pick their buyers if they could, but there’s just not enough interest. They make too many models and need as much money as possible so they try to move as many cars as they can

Can you really call this a "dark secret". It is common knowledge that Ferrari is incredibly strict about who buys what cars and what is done to them after they are bought. You got a problem with that? Go waste your money on a McLaren that's going to brick itself in 5 years.

Not really saying what Ferrari does is right, but they actually want it that way. They want to choose who their customers are and don’t care who they turn away. Ferrari wants to be seen as a luxury and lifestyle brand, not just an exotic car manufacturer. They pulled a dealership from Steve Wynn out of all people and didn’t give a damn. There are people who knowing all of this will still spend millions on their cars.
