I've seen shadow people as well as dead humans, sometimes they look the same to me. The big difference in my experience is the "vibe, " their intentions and energy. Shadow people tend to make me feel fear, and dead people tend to just feel like an alive person's energy which can be all over the place.

Amy Allen from The Dead Files thinks that shadow people are all evil and bad news. It makes me wonder... what if they're both good and evil like humans are?

As a teen living in my parents house, when I would have a certain friends over. I would see shadow people for the next week. Different sorts including the top hat shadow person. I don’t know if their energies attracted them there but they would stick around for a while. when I moved out and got my own apartment I can tell the previous owner was a cat owner. I could smell the cat pee specially in a certain closet. I would get home from work at around midnight and I would see a cat shadow run up the stairs right past my feet and into the guestroom. It happened time and time again to where I would just ignore it. When I moved away and didn’t see those friends anymore, I didn’t see shadow people as frequently. Only if I try yeah. I think my mind can tune in. As an adult I am a psych counselor that works in a psych hospital/mental health facility. I ask my patients about it and I have heard countless stories from them so many that I might write a book.

Great show, Cristina! I was struck by Mike's noting that some apparent shadow persons were actually the witness seeing themselves via a 'time slip'. Reminded me of Robert Monroe recounting how he once appeared in the OBE state to a friend, thinking he looked like himself, but what she later reported seeing was something that looked like rippling grey fabric (the stereotypical bed-sheet ghost).
It seems as though some of the things we may think are extraordinary are actually just ordinary things viewed in an extraordinary context. Thanks again for another thought-provoking show!

The colloquial use of the term 'dimension' to mean 'alternative reality, ' 'parallel universe, ' etc., is from science-fiction and not technically correct. It's confirmation of the story that the channeled shadow person knew this while both humans present did not. Dimensions are pairs of opposite directions, each at 90 degrees to the other dimensions in it's space. Length, width, height and time are the familiar dimensions in our space, together called spacetime. Spaces contain various numbers of dimensions. A space like a sheet of paper has only two dimensions, length and width. There may be more dimensions of space-time that we don't seem to experience for some reason, and these places that these entities are 'from' might be distant from the world we experience along one or more of these unfamiliar space-time dimensions. Or their world might be separate from ours along a dimension in a different kind of space altogether. There could be 'other Earths' that partially overlap with ours and maybe these entities of those Earths can interact with ours, though sometimes only weakly. There also might be technology that allows some types of entities to travel along these unfamiliar dimensions in and out of our world. The idea that 'visitors' of various types travel along additional, unfamiliar dimensions is the interdimensional hypothesis which was championed by Jacques Vallee. I like it because it helps to explain both UAPs and various other types of 'paranormal' phenomena.

53 minute mark when he goes into why did a small plane crash in Alaska and never get found and then chalks it up to some kind of Alaskan Triangle is so laughable. That stuff on the ground that looks like grass in the sat photos is 15 foot high brush thick enough that a mile of travel in said brush would take hours. The reason other small planes are found is they carry and ELT beacon s a crash can be found. To understand what any searcher is up against play with the equation that gives the area of a circle A= 3.2 X radius squared or
A=πr2. So you wander off 1 mile they have to search 3.1 miles to find you. If you wander off 3 miles that's a 27 sq mile area to search. How fast was the plane going? It could be miles in any direction in a sea of brush full of bears. Not surprising it hasn't been found.
