The phenomenon known as "shadow people" or "shadow beings" is about elusive entities that are perceived as dark silhouettes with a human form, generally male, that like to watch us humans, still and silently.

Reflecting a little about them, or even better, seeing them every now and then, results in an existentially therapeutic exercise that unleashes other useful reflections about our perception, the nature of our reality and the idea that we are not alone; our thoughts are actually materialized in a palpable way.

I've seen a shadow man when I was a kid. Outside my bedroom door..while I was laying in bed. Definitely a man. And I think everyone one of my family members even my nieces who were children at the time used to talk about seeing black figures in the hallway and we're afraid to go to the bathroom by themselves.

i have been lightly searching over thirty years for an experience similar to mine, but to no avail. i was younger then most stories i have come across, i was 8yrs old, and i was touched. it was definitely not sleep paralysis! i was awakened face down by the sensation of cool air on my body and very prickly or static like prickling on my naked skin generally on my buttocks. as i focused on this sensation and waking at once i was beginning to realize that my nightgown and arms were above my head and i was encased this way, around my arms and head, secured by my nightgown like some weird sack, and my blankets were pulled down evenly and suspended over my ankles, exposing my torso and legs. it should be noted that i was sleeping on an old acordeon style fold up cot which was impossible to crawl under even as a child. once i had pieced all this information around me, i suddenly realized the prickling was sharp fingernails and i suddenly felt violated and afraid and decided to sit up, rip myself free of my nightgown entrapment, and face this unknown midnight assailant. the room was lit up slightly by the bathroom light shining under my door, and the street light through my window curtains, i could see the details of the handles on my dresser drawers which stood against the wall at the end of the cot, but when i looked in the space between my bed and dresser to see what was touching me, it was a very dark black, void of details, standing in free open space, tall man, shadow-like thing. it seemed as shocked as i was, to be interrupted, and it fell through the floor, disappearing without leaving a trace except for the undoubt of its existence.

I do believe that they are many different dimensions it's kind of like the the multiverse idea you know like I mean what do you think these creatures come from they're obviously not part of our reality but probably from a completely different reality I mean they're obviously a creature we don't normally see in nature for sure but that's probably crazy 😬

I have a shadow person/thing that hangs around my bedroom closet. At night, while I'm in bed, it comes out and watches me. I'm not scared of it nor the spirits that also haunt my apartment. Lately, the shadow has reached out to my bed, where I will then extend my hand and we will touch. I can feel a electric current as it touches me. We continue to touch for a few minutes until I get sleepy, then as if it knows this, it will start to withdraw from me and go back to disappear...

I've seen 4 "shadow people". But they are not discreet; three of them stand at the foot of my bed in my plain sight. They don't move. One of them goes up in my face and sometimes interacts with my mirror.

Ok so one day I was washing my hands in the bathroom and I felt something on my thigh I thought nothing of it until I tried to move I couldn't i look back and see a dark hand on my thigh

Soon as someone says sleep paralysis I say aha funny you say that as me and my brother was awake and seen a dark shadow over our sleeping mum and yes we were smoking at the time and was sneaking about our room until we heard a huming hmm

It has been at my house 3x seen by my grandchildren and me and my husband so not a hallucinations this thing is real we were wide awake it ran when i called it out in the name of jesus ! Shape shifted into a cat while freeing away this was just friday me and my husband were getting intimate and it was looking at us when i called it out my husband saw it and it revealed itself as it was fkeeing as i was rebuking it in the nane of Jesus ! I keep rebuking it and telling it to not come back but honestly is scared me but i didn't show it

Shadow people are some scary shit and some are supposed to be helpful but most are checking up on you!😜😝😜
