Very validating. I am highly sensitive, and have to make taking care of myself a priority. When I no longer had my cycle, I stopped being anemic, so consider taking some gentle iron if you have this issue. Working out, meditation, writing, and being aware of my needs have helped me so much. It's hard when people don't understand your challenges and I am still trying to accept that.
