Did You Know About Maverick...

Did you know at Cedar Point, there were two options on what would become a new attraction called Maverick. The first was a small launched coaster by Intamin, and the other would be a large-scale floorless coaster by Bolliger & Mabillard. In the end, the vote was split, and after a long debate, the park decided to go with the Intamin LSM launch coaster we all know and love today.

Mavricks seats and harnesses are my absolute favorite in the entire park, i have never felt safer, i wish they could put them on every ride honestly

I rode maverick for the first time and keeping realizing its more intense then gatekeeper and im still scared of gatekeeper

At this rate in the coaster game... Not getting a B&M is usually the best option. They are getting passed by a number of manufactures.

Did you know it was supposed to have a roll over the water but the Gs were to much? The CEO actually road it with the roll.

Thank god, floorless coasters are so meh. Instead, CP built the best ride in the park…
