Thanks for making this video/yes this shhh is hard. I haven't gotten my first deal yet but hopefully coming soon. Right now people don't want to sell or I have bad numbers when skip tracing. and I can't get in touch with them. It's tough but I'm going to keep at it. I'm by myself so its much harder especially when you have a 9-5 job. You kept it real with your honesty and I appreciate that.

It is hard. The money is Good. Times change. We must continue to adapt. One time tested strategy is Rentals. However each deal presents itself with many opportunities. Our job is to know the right strategy to apply. The more tools you have in your toolbox, the more opportunities you will capitalize.
