If the rehabber made 80k on the deal....I think you should of made at least 20k. Most flippers are happy with a 60k+ profit. I would suggest raising your wholesale fee next time.

Two wholesalers on one deal is called Daisy-Chaining & most people will not work with wholesalers trying to wholesale from a wholesaler.
Everybody wants money for someone else’s work.

Bro you should of kept it since you got it under contract right, then found a a private lender to finance the rehab and cost, Ofcourse they will receive there double digit return if you structure it correctly and present it to them correctly then you can keep the property and cash flow or you could of gotten a way bigger fee than that brotha you deserve atleast 20k bro in that for a wholesale deal you got hoodwinked

Arv on a property im looking at is 400k plus last sold in 1995 for 86k

What happens if you can’t find a buyer after having it in contract? Are you liable? Are you able to get out of the contract?

quick question, why do you “want” the end buyers to make money? does it mean more money in your pocket as well? or just kind of a “good on you” type of thing? i’m wanting to get into this just wondering, thanks.

To get it under contract do you need to have the funds or a loan to purchase the home? Before you sold it to the buyer basically.
