Hamas built it by using a massive part of the massive aid they received from the world, additional financing by Qatar, and with the help of Iran.
Imagine how much money and labor put into building those tunnels. Yet the Palestinians always beg for help, making it appear non-stop that the world has forgotten and abandoned them. Gaslighting at its best.
Had the Palestininians used the money for economic and social development endeavors, Gaza and the West Bank would have been really progressive place by now.
