I’m 6 days post op and it looks bigger. Should I be worried?

Can throwing up cause this type of hernia? I threw up really hard a few weeks ago. And a few days later I had this awkward pain in my left testicle. Two weeks later. Testicular pain is completely gone but now my upper abdomen now hurts.
