The support phone number for Microsoft has a recording that tells you to search online for help then immediately says goodbye and hangs up on you. I called because I wanted to talk to someone. So many companies want YOU to fix your own problems. They have no problem taking your money... then do everything to hide their support dept, if it even exists.

I am so grateful to you. What a joy to have this video. For 2 yrs I paid for 365 Office and could not use it. Product key was on old laptop which was dead and could not be retrieved for new laptop. Unable to reach Microsoft to cancel billing or get it to work. What a nightmare. This is so unacceptable. It needs to be escalated to the Attorney General's Office. They fleece us and zero support no phone no store no office, and a website that sends you in circles. Truly offensive non-support and abuse of customers. Thank god for Youtube and folks like you who are my heroes. I am so very, very grateful for this video.

After chat and phone conversations over 2 hours they hang up on me, I told them it was a medical emergency to get into my email to order my medicine and chat with my doctor.
