Hi Margaret- magnesium is very important.
As is flax seed oil for the omega threes.
We definitely need vitamin D3 because 1) during the colder winter months most of us are covered up when outside! 2) we use sunscreen ( hopefully we do anyway) which inhibits us from absorbing the health benefits of sunlight. 3) we would need roughly a half an hour of sunlight while completely naked on a daily basis in order to receive enough vitamin D from sun exposure!
And sea buckthorn berries as you said carry the complete omega essential fatty acid profile- 3-6-7-9! Thanks for all of the great info... we need as much help as we can get!!! Have a wonderful beginning to the week ahead! Keep Yourself Well & Present in Love, Light, & Gratitude...💚

My 94 year old mother recommends cod liver oil and she has been taking it since she was young. It also does great things and she only recommends Carlsons because it is the best and I believe it comes from Norway.

I was amazed and happy for you when you suggested people can actually 'see' a Dr. Here in Ontario we still cannot see any health care provider in person and would be laughed at for asking for a phone consultation about vitamins. Doctors here are only seeing or speaking with emergency cases. Canada is very behind most other countries in terms of opening up. Margaret, your country obviously is somewhat open. You are fortunate and without your videos, my life would be so empty.

Coconut oil works very well for me, especially for dry skin. Absolutely you have to add a pinch of BP to turmeric! It enables the body to absolve it much better! Thank you for sharing! God bless!

Thank you, Margaret..yes, turmeric and curcumin/black pepper are very popular here in the states. I take about 7-8 supplements a day, but, I think we need to emphasize Vitamin C and good immune support supplements in a COVID world. Elderberry, garlic and echinacea are important, also, along with D3 and zinc. I realize diet is crucial; however, in my opinion, we need to supplement our food source. Our needs do change with age, as does everything else. Many blessings to you! 💖

Great information Margaret. Advice given to me by a pharmacist is to take CQ10 in the early morning as it can cause insomnia.

Happy Easter ! Thank you, I just discovered K2 by reading about it on Dr Bergs channel, along with vitamin D3, it’s supposed to take out calcium from your arteries and put it where you need it. I have to find out more. Do you know which brands of K2 are recommended?

I make a tea with fresh turmeric, ginger, and lemon, but I’m not consistent. What’s in your drink?

I take evening primrose oil, alpha lipoic acid and a fish oil supplement. I've taken borage and flaxseed oils, too. Turmeric with black pepper is great. I also take D2. Most people are lacking. But only about 2000iu.
