This is the first time I've seen this channel. I subscribed as soon as I saw the first video. Interesting. Looking forward.

There is no 1TB plan for dropbox. The upgrade is 2TB. It costs $11.99

Google Drive is trash. I definitely wouldn't recommend running a business with it. It's very glitchy and it's sync features will delete files on your actual computer. If your drive gets close to full, it will disconnect from your computer and it will be hell getting it connected again to sync your stuff. It's also over complicated and its UI has too much clutter.

I've just watched three videos on this topic and no one talks about stuff colab features, what happens if two or more users use a file at the same time, how many versions of a file are stored and for how long, can you do more than a basic shared folder like a folder shared with one person inside another folder shared that's shared with another person, can you set passwords for files or folders and so on...
In the end, it's basically always 'Google Drive ist cheaper and therefore better." with little more arguments than that.

I do not agree with your assessment. Or actually rather with your reasons. IMHO, usability is a lot better with dropbox than with GD. Also, dropbox offers 2 TB of storage starting from EUR 9.99 and does not have a 1TB option. Neither does Google. I guess, your facts got mixed up there, somehow. The dropbox security breach is actually making me feel safer.

I don't know whether dropbox or GD is better, or else I wouldn't watch these videos. I'm sure, there's no general yes or no answer, anyway. Unfortunately, you only scratch the surface of the topic and this video looks like a commercial.
