fear is a funny thing, and also it's not funny it's annoying. Being me I am afraid of a lot of stuff. I wonder what life would be like if I wasn't afraid of things like flying and heights and darkness and stuff. idk. probably pretty rad. but also maybe more dangerous.

"We are going down" reminds me of my dad's most recent call to 911. He was driving at 4AM and his car broke down in the middle of the road, so he called because he was obstructing his lane and traffic was picking up. His first words were "I'm dead in the middle of the road." Suffice to say the dispatcher was confused and a bit scared. She did luckily find it funny.

I used to be afraid of darkness until I realized that darkness works both ways.
Whatever might be in it ALSO cannot see me, meaning that I AM THE PREDATOR that's hiding in the darkness.

Batman unironically helped me get over this fear as a kid.
