Peter, if you think a product is good, and even if you have an incentive, it is absolutely your right to make a video about it if you want.

The responsibility lies on the consumer of the content to think independently and make decisions for themselves as to whether or not they believe and / or are interested in the information being provided.

People need to grow up and think for themselves

My trust in you Diamandis is severely weakened when i watch videos like this that are clearly focussed on selling products. Let's instead Diamandis get someone impartial to review the research on this product so we have more confidence in knowing whether this is genuine or just another snake oil product.
