I don't see a problem with the same apartment for so long. A car wears down to the point that maintenance becomes more expensive than replacment. An apartment will stay the same more or less and if the cost doesn't increase at a rate beyond typical levels then the only reason to leave is if you have a different change in your life such as a new job at a new place.
