I just now realized the best part of this scene. House's Foreman impression says "No way hizzy, if it was an artery, it'd still be bleeding." Hizzy isn't slang you'd ever call somebody, like a variation of homie, it's used to refer to someone's house. House has literally translated his own name into ebonics.
