I actually didn’t “let him”. He popped up on me at my workplace after 3 years of no contact. He is the one who left me btw. I remained calm cool and collected. I was kind but gave no impression that i wanted to get back together

My ex calls me for a few days then dissapears for a few days and avoids me on social media, then calls me again for a few days then disappears again. Its like he's going through hormonal changes and can't make up his mind. Im afraid if I stop answering his calls, ill never have another chance with him but his on and off again behavior is really stressing me out and making me even more depressed. I never know when hes going to call again if ever. One time he went 2 weeks.

the problem with my ex is that. i tried going no contact with him long time ago and if i do not contact him in 2 days he starts deleting pictures, blocking me, or whatsoever.. now after no contact he was so nice and when i wasnt able to say goodnight before i slept, he started changing his profile picture again or whatever and gone cold for today.
