Wow I get canker sores in my mouth quite frequently. I thought I had Candida overgrowth for EVER now!
I wondered why and how that could be though because I’ve been eating a clean diet for over two years now!
Never in my life did I think that my Pale-ish white tongue could be iron deficiency! Now it’s all coming together what I’ve been suffering with chronically and debilitating symptoms for four years!!! didn’t become chronic until after getting C in April 2021!😒
And no Dr ever bothered to check my iron panel! 🤦🏻‍♀️😠
