Bhai atleast kya benefit hoga sugar ko jaggery se replace kar ke ye bata dete...aur yaar apka her vdo basicaly jis funde pe based hai ...i mean calory calculation... Sabse pahle uska basis clear kar do ek vdo me ....i mean kisi bhi food me(i mean suger in this case) kitni calory hai usko calculate karne ka science kya hai wo bhi bata do. Thanks for your vdos. 🙏

Rightly said for weight loss matters in terms of calorie input output logic! In terms of calories, yes, true. Calorie deficit does matter a lot, no doubt. BUT THEN, there is one merit of jaggery over sugar, even if jaggery contributes same amount of calories as sugar.
The key difference between sugar and jaggery is that plain jaggery provokes much lesser insulin in the bloodstream than plain sugar does; jaggery is less harmful to the body in terms of kicking in insulin in a spike. The higher the insulin level provoked in the blood stream, the slower the metabolism. Medical research demonstrated time and again that the fat burning harmonies are shut down in the presence of insulin, especially more at higher insulin levels provoked!

Everyone is talking about Protein for weight loss. I am a 30 yr old male non alcoholic 176 by height and recently i have put on 85 kg in toto nd my belly increases from 32 to 36 inches after some mental trauma. But in my recent blood reports Uric acid level increases upto 8.7 i dont know how. Nd recently I have started exercise . Please any one suggest me about whether i should take protein or not ? As according to medical sceince protein causes hyperurecemia . So is it ok to take protein right now for me or I should continue my weight loss journey with out protein taking right now. Please suggest me with proper clarification.
