This video shows step by step how to fix your leaking fuel tank on your Poulan Pro backpack blower. The replacement fuel tank took me some time to find since the old part number no longer exists. But I finally located it!! This same fuel tank works on the Poulan Pro PR 46BT and also the PR 48BT.

The same procedure can be used on other blowers, but the part number would be different.

My Poulan Pro PR 46 BT leaf blower also developed a leak from the same nut at the bottom of the fuel tank. I think this is caused by a design flaw that causes the tank to crack at the embedded nuts. The cheapest replacement tank that I could find was $50, so I tried a $6 tube of Seal-All, applying the adhesive into the nut hole, and it stopped the leak. Hopefully, it lasts.
