I was cleaning out my shed and ran across my Poulan blower that had been sitting in the shed for many years!!!! I was going to toss it out but after watching your video, ordering the part, it is now fixed and working!! I've bought 3 poulan blowers same like yours within 7 years. Each one lasted 2 years then just died out. Didn't have the time to repair myself and pro repairman charge almost as much then the blower costs. I've had my latest Poulan sitting idle for 2 years won't start. I just inspected the fuel lines and they're cracked. Probably why it won't start. I'm gonna follow your video and do the repair. So far this is the best Poulan fuel line repair video I've seen.

the smaller tube is the overflow for the primer bulb not the return line. It could actually go into the tanker a bit shorter. I purchased Tune Up Kit Fuel Hose Tube Primer Bulb Fuel Filter Parts from Amazon. Cost $9.00 US as of 6/2024

Good video. I will refer to this when I replace the fuel lines on my Poulan blower when the carb tuneup kit arrives. I'm going to change the spark plug as well (comes with the kit) and adjust the carb. Thanks for sharing this!

Nice video ... great explanations along the rebuild.
I didn't see you put the gasket in between the orange outer carb cover (at the 10:54 mark). The rest of the rebuild was great to see (having been through this myself a couple of times).

Remember to rehook the speed/accelerator wire/piece to the housing before screwing the 2 screws back. (I obviously don’t know the right terminology but I didn’t see it until I had already reassembled).

Hey I put the carburetor on your very helpful but now when I start it runs good but I let go of the gas it dies I won't stay running any idea why
