The second of our energy systems; anaerobic glycolytic system.
I hope you find it helpful. Let me know if you have any more questions about it.

Brilliant Video. Thank you sooo much for explaining the way anerobic energy works and lactic acid. You may have mentioned it in your video. But How do you recover from Anerobic energy activities - for example eating carbs or drinking more water after the exercise? Or say Maybe focus on Breathing techniques and stretching? Also in order to stop/ divert some of the glycolysis energy going into the lactic state than (prefer to go) into mitochondria aerobic. Would you need to then work/ progress more on the aerobic low intensity/ moderate activities? Hope this makes sense. Thanks again for a great video :)

Well done mate: I especially appreciate you taking the time to teach that Lactic Acid really is easily converted to Hydrogen ions and Lactate, and that it is the Hydrogen ions accumulating in the blood that gives us that 'sick feeling" during prolonged intense effort, while Lactate is recycled for more energy production. Putting an end to the "Lactic Acid" myth that was befuddling exercise physiologists years ago who were measuring vey high levels of lactate production by elite athletes whose muscles were not shutting down.

What I did get from this video, in the cycle of energy production, where Glucose is broken to produce energy the efficency of the process depends on some chemicals in body, . Is there a special diet or food that can help us in this or all of this process is inherent and depends on our DNA.
