Really great info... I am going to commit to intermittant fasting. I also have put back on some weight after the shock" of being diagnosed w/ MS & the anxiety that followed. I loved the weight loss, but not the anxiety. I feel much better now:)
I wondered if you wouldn't mind doing a video on 2 days of eating diary? I just checked out the Wahls protocall and will try to incorporate. Already making my own dressings, smoothies etc. Thanks again & appreciate your info!

Thank you for your video I have had it for a while I have had HSCT 7/11/18 in Russia to attempt to eradicate lesions and progression and seems to have worked, but now I am looking for improvement and just general health I have been doing three day water fast 24 hour a day once a week. I am on my first couple cycles so far I have lost about 15 pounds I will shorten it the fasting period When my weight approaches my goal.

Hi Vickie - thank you. I found intermitting fasting about 5 years ago former Dr Michael Moseley in the UK prompted this type of diet. It’s fantastic that it can also help with MS! Jane x

It’s what you eat when during the BREAK fast portion of intermittent fasting The time you FINISH your last meal at the end of the day is the time you can begin in the morning Have a breakfast/smoothie Have a lunch protein produce carbs Dinner is healthy fats like nuts and avocado protein and no carbs - that includes no fruits and sugar veggies like carrots peppers sweet potatoes Have all carbs before 2. This approach will allow your body to function smoother and you’ll have less cog fog and more energy And you’ll sleep better with 0 carbs after 2
