❗INFORMAL vs. FORMAL expressions in Business English

Neither is right or wrong, it just depends on the situation.

Generally speaking, these informal expressions are perfectly fine to use with colleagues, both in writing and speaking.

The formal alternatives aren’t used as often - they’re usually used in written communication to large groups of people, for example, or when communicating with people in senior roles.

It is indeed a pleasure for me to watch and get knoledge from your videos. Dear teacher, can i consider these two verbs insinuate and imply as they have same meaning and also verb infer can be used by another one, in asking or inquiring them what they have intended. Have a best day. May GOD bless you and your family.
