Butter garlic smoked shrimp. I picked up the jumbo shrimp on sale from @marianosmarket , lined them up in my @lodgecastiron skillet and topped with a mix of butter (2 sticks), 1 tbsp garlic, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp crushed red pepper and salt.

This went on the @biggreenegg at 250 degrees, indirect for about 25 minutes. Top with fresh lemon juice and parsley. And these were so food! Buttery, garlicy with a nice little kick.

For anyone trying this with an oven, heat the skillet on the stove and then finish in the oven. The heat coming from below in that grill is a significant factor with this recipe.
