7 DAILY HABITS THAT CHANGED MY LIFE / In this video I’m sharing with you the seven habits that have truly changed my life! If you're in a place where you're trying to make some positive, healthy, happy changes in your life, I know that these will really help you and none of them are that hard to do.

These have been things that I have been working on for the last couple of years and I feel like I really have them dialed in now. Just like I shared in the morning routine video (link is below), there are things that you can adapt to make work for you. You don't have to do them all at once, you don't have to do them all every single day, but each of these things has contributed to me being healthier, happier, in love, in a healthy relationship, loving of my family and my friends in more ways than I was able to when I was constantly working myself silly and reaching burnout. More great advice! I have so many irons in so many fires… I tried to tend them all and felt confused half the time, writing and re-writing lists. Now I kick out the important stuff and move the rest by dividing my so list into a top and bottom half. The top items are MUSTS, and the bottom is, “Yeah, we’ll see about these.”

Sunny you are a gold mine of knowledge. You’re real treasury I am still not where I want to be. I am a work in progress before the next level. I am getting more focus on my goals and keeping them posted in front of me instead in a book that I open each morning to start my day. I am getting better and more focus. Please don’t stop with all the ideas and directions or missteps that you have taken. I love hearing about them as I can really relate.

Love this, yes planning and prioritizing is a game changer. It's like the more you do, the more you want to do and if you say too many yeses you find yourself getting away from the home base of what you really want. I've also started meditating more lately and yes 🙌🏽 it's what's up 😁 love the morning routine vid and this one too!

Okay! I just watched this video and I can’t believe how much this speaks to me. I’ve been doing my kinda routine and am struggling to be consistent. But, now I think Sunny is right! I don’t have to do every thing like a robot. Reading, meditating, writing and some kind of workout has been a part of my routine for almost a year now, and I cannot stress more on the “POWER OF MEDITATION” that has helped me grow in so many ways I could not have imagined. You are on point Sunny! 💕 I would definitely try giving myself space to tune in with my body when it comes to my routine. Thank you so much for sharing this ❤️

Journaling has always been my favorite + working on the important things consistently (no more than 1 cheat day) even if it's just for 15min.

I love that you included adding everything in your to-do list. When I make my daily lists I include things like meals and meditation because it is ridiculously satisfying to be able to check items off your To-Do list!

Thanks for this, Sunny. #3 - listen to your body resonated most with me. Last week (before things got insane), I had a bad anxiety attack that was basically burn out but was centered around dealing with the reality of our 14 year old dog becoming diabetic and blind, my father in law entering hospice, and keeping up with a full time job and YouTube. My body was sending cues, and I wasn't listening. It took me a few days to get back in the mental space where I can post about it, and am glad that I did.
