I have repeatedly requested rehabilitation for the subarachnoid and moderate subcranial hematomas on 09-16-22 in San Jose, CA from my Kaiser Permanente Medical Center and already had San Jose Police knock on my door twice today. I am just asking for an appointment. What is going on???
