Being used to watch old Nirvana material on VHS, watching this in 4K blew my mind.

For anybody that doesn't know, the original video was shot on 35mm film, and this is just an upscale of a source that was already available. If the Nirvana state still has the film negatives, the Heart Shaped Box video could be restored to 4k. It would make your eyeballs pop out of their sockets from how good the quality would be.

That shot with Dave Grohl up front and out of focus and Kurt on bass and Krist on drums is so powerful. Something so haunting about the composition and Dave's blurred face. Would've loved to see them explore aesthetics like this further, it's a testament to the visual artistic prowess that Kurt possessed along with his musical genius. Feel like so many more powerful videos or visuals could've been made, the original video for me is such an iconic and striking piece of art, there's such an immense vision and potential there.

0:14 - I swear, on one hand, I love when ever I see Dave or Krist smiling, laughing or otherwise just having such a wonderful time, in any video where they're with Kurt; on the other hand, I feel so sad for the two of them, and it starts bumming me out and depressing me real bad to think of the person they lost.
