How to Reset the Change Engine Oil Light on your Car

Here is a video on how to reset the change engine oil light on a 2005 Chevy Monte Carlo. This procedure with slight variations should work on most GM made vehicles!

I tried that on my 09 Charger 3.5 V-6 and it didn't work. Now, when I start the car, it chugs a few times, then runs.

Well I already tried the pump 3 times quick with no success but the pump 2 times quick and hold it a few seconds on the 3rd time did the trick. Thanks!
