I need to do these regularly so they become ingrained. Then it won't feel like a struggle. I'll get the positive feedback loop and it will continue its cycle of reward automatically. I do the excersize now because I feel I need to and it's no chore. Today I found an opportunity to excersise where I was pushing a load on a trolley I decided to jog. I now wear clothes that are meant to do physical activity in. I opened a door for a lady automatically and she melted. It was strange I got that reaction from her but I understood afterwards. My leadership and posture needs a constant tune up. I really beed to care for myself better, be more decisive, commit to the things I know are right and put down those comfort foods that I get for free. I don't buy that shit food but since its free I eat it. I'm going to watch this again and again until I get it in my head. It can be really simple but I seem to complicate it all with baaad habits.
