I play video games and I’m shredded asf it doesn’t 100% matter what you do in your free time what matters is how hard you work to better yourself

The man who lacks purpose always distracts himself with pleasure. That’s so good

I used to do all of these. I've been going to the gym for some time now and learning new instruments. You can do this kings!

Poor sleeping habits are definitely the worst thing men do. Start sleeping early, wake up early. You will find that you have more time

I would like to pose a serious question and I can use myself as an example. Let's see who can come up with a SOLID answer because I don't have one.

I work between 40 to 60+ hrs a week depending on various job sites. Hours are always around 10 to 13hrs per day. Not including the time it takes to get up and get ready for work, get to work and come back home, etc.

I also go to the gym from 3 to 6 day's a week for around 1hr to 2hrs (add in the 25min to get to the gym and 25min back, shower 10min and eat, 20min), etc.

A day off from work consists of me spending around 2.5 to 3.5hrs doing laundry ( all the clothes gathered during the week and washer is around 30min and drier 45min, 1 load each. Whole basket is around 2 or 3 loads). During laundry, I either cook/meal prep for the whole week (about 2hrs maybe less maybe more).

Pay bills, run errands, yata yata yata.

2nd day off, maybe go out on a date or for a hike and then TRY and get a solid 8 to 10hrs of sleep to be ready for next day work and alike.

I generally spend about 2 to 3 day's a week at home playing video games about 2hrs or so and I manage to read about 10 to 20 pages per day 3 to 5 day's a week.

I'm not rich, but I make very good money to where I pay all my bills at once (usually always paying one month in advance), I throw a good chunk in to my savings account and I am still left with a good chunk to do whatever the hell I want with. Etc.

I am generally happy and content, I don't have drama, stressful work or the stress of living paycheck to paycheck.

So with thay info.

When I have daily extra time to do whatever and I choose to lay around and watch TV or play video ganes all day etc.

How is that a bad thing??? My bills paid, chores done, place cleaned, errands ran, gym/reading/prep for work done.

Say I give up 2 to 5hrs that I spend watching TV or playing video games on those day's.

What the fuck am I supposed to do? Lay in bed staring at the wall? I already went to the gym that day, already hiked or went out, etc.

Someone may say " Ohhh bro, you can go and volunteer at some place or go and smell flowers outside, etc"

Yeah. But I don't want to fo any of these or other thing's.

So let me enjoy the TV, the video games, the porn watching, etc.

Because the messege from all these vids on "Stop porn, tv and video games" and keep working and doing shit for 24/7 etc etc.

Get the fuck out of here.

I literally killed all my social media and video games. I’ve been working out consistently the last 4 months. Sleep is 100% improved. Eating a lot better.

The biggest irony in the world would certainly be these guys talking about the negative side of social media but in the same time using the social media excessively for that purpose.

7. Blinking, it takes up so much time and with that time you could be at the gym and working out.

If you are 16-18 worrying about this stuff as you progress into adulthood man it's okay to feel this way or do these things but it's important you start focusing on working on yourself no matter how long it takes you. May young men are stressing themselves over this not realizing how much time they have in life to work on themselves. Take it slow but most importantly enjoy living your life don't stress

Number 7: Indifference. Don't be indifferent about stuff. You have an opinion. Don't be scared about it.

I love how you’re saying social media addicting while promoting your brand on social media giving men that addiction

Video games is not the issue it's the lack of self discipline and self management that everyone has for entertainment.

I am picked on and bullied constantly by my peers at school. I won’t get into detail, but it just makes me feel absolutely terrible. I try to do other stuff-for example, I’m going to guitar lessons-but I still feel absolutely awful most of the time. I wake up in the middle of the night and just cry at the thought of going into school the next day sometimes. I use video games and tv to kind of escape this, but what can I do? I feel like if I just cut out social media, gaming, tv etc I will just start to get even worse

I fine with games as long as they don’t cut into other priorities, but I 100% agree with you on sleep I stop drink caffeine a while ago and now I go to sleep at 9:30 and wake up at 4:30 and work 12 hour days at a fab shop moving metal around all day and sleep is super important to have even a baseline of energy
