Neither of these work on my device, unfortunately. Brand new Sony Bravia. Accessibility menu only shows the options “Audio type”, “Visually impaired” (which is greyed out) and “AC4 dialogue enhancement”. According to all videos I have watched that’s not supposed to happen, but I have no idea what to do.
