I'm a sony user since 2010, i just got 43 inch yesterday and replaced my 2010 sony LCD which i used for almost 12 years without any issues, I trust sony blindly with great lifespan and picture quality.

Sony Brand Is really, Actually No words I can say about this Brand it's Expensive but Quality, Durability Everything is just immersive. I had one Sony Bravia tv and I used it for 9 years still working and today I'm going to buy this TV

Just got the 65 inch variant, I love everything about this TV particularly the display, the vivid mode is the best with deep blacks and popping saturation via Live Color. However, the only thing that I don't like is the sound, it kinda sounds tinny and hollow, I mean honesty, the audio lacks a significant amount of bass. Good thing I got an HT-S400 soundbar that goes hand in hand with this TV. Nevertheless, I'm happy with my new Sony TV.

This model does not have eARC & Dolby Vision support, which is available in 20K price range TVs available in India. This is cons of this TV. Why are we going to pay 75K price without these features. Sony, please think about this CONs.
