You are incredible, always helping your subscribers with information and clarifying our doubts, for those of us who do not have a painting camera or money to buy $700 paint guns. If you have that result without a painting camera, I can't imagine the result if you had a special room. thanks for all your time. You are the best brother

Im restoring a C10 and doing prep work. I have a Devillbiss FLG5. Been trying to decide what to do about the compressor issue. Its a one time paint job. Dont want to buy a big compressor for a one time job. Dont want to buy a small compressor and not have the low CFM issue and dont really need a compressor for anything really. I think Im going to rent a compressor from a tool rental shop. Ive never seen any Youtube channel mention this option. They rent 15CFM gas powered compressors for $150 a week or $60/day. Have the CFM needed, no big outright compressor purchase, no big compressor collecting dust when Im done. Just need a hose, filters, pressure gauge.

Indeed I did...the outcome was beautiful. Great job. I'm 66 and you have inspired me to paint the door of my 1998 Corolla.

I couldn't tell from the video, but I regularly would wet the floor with some water to keep down and trap dust on the floor. I painted several hundred cars in a homemade cross draft booth and would always spray a mist of water on the floor and walls to wage war on the ever present dust. Nice video. I'd like to try that gun out.

Finally!!!!
Somebody explaining and using this type gun!!
I’ve been researching my but off trying to find the best gun for my application. I wish I would’ve saw this before I bought the Harbor Freight purple gun. But it’s ok. I’ll still use it for something!
Thanks for this video!!!
Was going to get the “spray it sp-352” with the swivel side cup for painting upwards.

That's the clear I'm using on my Wagoneer project. I don't know any different, but it works for me so far and it's easy to spray with my LVLP.

Thanks that was really a blessing knowing I can paint without a massive 60 gal - 80 gal expensive compressor. Great video !

I upgraded to a 2 stage 60 gallon, but still use this gun a lot for base. It works and overspray is pretty low. And my compressor doesn't have to work too hard. In fact, will be using it today on a Ford truck

Great 👍 ! I'm from Nicaragua and there haven't yet pro-sprayguns that those are very expensive, for pocket and this one low price but you show me perfect option and how to use it. And can see a beautifully paint work, Thanks 🙏 . Stunning finish!

Upol makes good stuff. I've used the 2253 primer that sprays great as a high build or a sealer. The 2882 clear lays down nice also. I'm not sure how good the UV protection is, but for the price, it's worth it.

I like the ASTRO gold gun for the same purpose. I think it gives a nicer clearcoat finish that this gun and it's not that big of an air hog. Uses more than this gun but still within the realm of possibility.

I'm painting with the Eastwood low cfm gun and a 29 gallon harbor freight compressor and I have minimal issues.

good timing on this video. I have the eastwood lt100 and right now I am in priming and blocksanding stage on my project. Basecoat/clearcoat is coming soon and I was not sure what settings I should use, now I do! Thanks for the great video.

Thank you for taking time to answer my question, it means a lot to me. I’m new to painting I wanted to know if I have to press the trigger all the way down when painting single coat or laying down base coat or clear coat, thank you
