The thing going through my mind watching this, especially at the mention of combat machines and learning to decide for themselves was Isaac Asimov's Three Laws of Robotics and his other thoughts on the topic. He warned us about the dangers of AI, and we are clearly still ignoring that and seeking it anyway.

Not Yet! AMD is planning to launch a 7nm microarchitecture processor next year. An upgrade from the current Ryzen architecture. Probably they will just ditch silicon as the material of choice. Since if the semiconductor made of sillicon is shrinked even more, it will stop containing electrons in the transistor properly.
