Just did it the other day....was so exhausted by rep 6/7 I miscounted and ended up doing 11 😂

Once I've built up some post-winter fitness I'll have to give this one a go! I'll never get close to sub-39, but sub-60 is probably doable 🤣

In cycling over-unders usually mean slightly over FTP (function threshold power) and slightly under. Now I either don't get why this workout is over-under or it is different to the cycling one.
If it's 10k over-under, I would expect one interval slightly faster (over) 10k pace followed by one interval slightly slower (under) 10k pace. For me the "slightly faster than easy pace" is way slower than 10k pace.
Anyway, I did it today according to the instructions, including the wet track 😁, and it was great.

I dont get it. What do you mean with 10k pace ? When do i run slow und when the faster runs ? Over or under ?

I've tried the methods and im exhaust quickly with heartbeat more than 180. since that time i seldom to get training
