Edit: I normally don’t do edits. But to the people coming at me in a rude tone saying “it’s called acting”, I was praising him for being a good actor. Calm down, please, and stop trying to be negative. I know it’s acting. But I was saying it was really good because I couldn’t even tell it was him. Can't believe this movie was filmed in 2004, it was very much ahead of its time. I was shocked to find out it wasn't very well received when it first came out.

The fact they built a whole set for the chocolate palace is insane. All that work for like a 1-2 minute scene... That's dedication I'll tell ya. Filmmakers at their craft. You might think it's stupid to invest so much time for something that wasn't in the film for that long, but you also have to think about retakes and potential set problems that could ruin a scene, so in the end...it was all necessary.
