THIS IS my favourite car. I've only been on the planet for 17 years but my favourite cars are the space age finned jets from 1957-61 BUT the 1960 model year Plymouth full-size cars are the best, and one like this is my dream car. Though I am more partial to the Belvedere than the topline Fury; and my Grandma, in 1962, got chauffered to her wedding in a burgundy, white-topped 1960 Belvedere with the optional tire bulge on the trunk. It was my Great Uncle Jim's car.

I took driver's ed in high school. First semester in 1960/61 we started out with the 1960 Plymouth, then transitioned to the 1961 model. Yes it was a beautiful car. Ours came in school colors, blue and white, Four door of course, not all the fancy trim, but it was still a beaut. Always loved it when it was my turn to drive. Took my driver license test with it.

WOW!!! This car is crazy cool! Those fins are so out of this world. It reminds me of the 1959 Plymouth Fury that my parents had. Ours was a white four door hardtop...but those fins it had! Thanks for the memories, Charles!
