1 tablespoon (14g) granulated erythritol
2 teaspoons (8g) baking powder
¼ teaspoon (2g) salt
1 teaspoon (5mL) apple cider vinegar
¾ cup + 1 tablespoon (195mL) hot water
2 large beaten eggs
sesame seeds (optional)

Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 60-70 minutes. Let it cool completely.
