This is a more personal video and it was a little difficult to film because I don’t like sharing my experience from that particular time, however, I knew many of you guys are also going through the same thing and I decided my past experience and overcoming binge eating habits can help some of you out there.

Just know, today is better than yesterday, you may not see immediate results but with time and truly desiring for a change, there is progress and WILL make a difference before you even realize it. Check back where you were at 1 month ago and 1 year ago. I bet there is a huge difference which means if you start now, future you in a month or in a year will be so proud and happy that you made these decisions.

You making this video honestly makes me feel so much better I'm 15 and struggle with binging and restriction and even when I don't restrict I binge eat it's so frustrating like I've been eating good for a week and just started binging today but this makes me have hope. I will follow your tips and workout videos and I hope I'll get better. 💕

Finally somebody told that counting calories is not very healthy, but it’s still a good way to change eating habits. Everything is great in moderation 🙌🏻

Thank you for making this. “Is my BODY going to feel good after I eat this?” is super helpful. Hunger can be a stress response and a comfort. Fully understandable there can be a lot of expectations in life. The Japanese have a 80% full rule. My brain will still say f*ck it I’ll have the whole packet but I’ll focus on the body signs instead!

wait so watching this made me realise that i was literaly so close get a serious eating disorder, i used to, ,snack,, (actually it was a lot more than just snacks) without beeing hungry i was just craving food. like everytime i started eating a meal i coudn't stop and i wasn't able to tell if i'm hungry, just craving food or full. i hated that so much that everytime after i overate (everyday lol) i felt so bad and i looked like 6 months pregnant. i also had i time where i was really skinny, i was not eating enaugh, skipping meals, things like that and when i started to like eating again i thought thats nice but then i started binge eating. i still struggle with overeating sometimes but it got a little bit better and i don't bloat so often anymore:)
my tips are: using a smaller plate (its gonna look like its more food but its not)
plan meals, set times when youre going to eat
drink water before your meals and when you can't tell if your hungry or not
don't buy trigger foods (foods that triggers binge eating) mine is chocolat :')
portion your snacks so u won't eat to much (maybe some put chips in a bowl)

I relate much to you I’m literally experiences some of it now. I was literally 121 lbs at 13 when I’m only 5’1, 5’2 And i bloat so easily now and am struggling with gut and stomach problems. And I just binge ate like 2 days ago until my stomach was cramping. I do this frequently. It’s a really horrible experience. Makes you so depressed. But Yea tho.

thanks for making this video. especially if I look at one of my bad habit that I eat super fast. like I can eat just in 2 minutes. okay anyways, do you think it's healthy for me if I go on a diet? (I'm 13 yo, I'm gonna be 14) and I have a lot more questions. would you mind if I ask u these questions? God bless!
