Excellent and informative video. My question is, What happens at the ‘joint’ with the neighbouring property, specifically is there any intrusion to their masonry/decor?

We have external wall insulation, not done by this company (at least I don’t think it was) it was free, paid for by an energy company, they done 100’s around Knowsley about 10 years ago.

From what I remember, it wasn’t done as well as what is being shown here. This looks a real good job.

I always say they fitted our insulation backwards, instead of being cool in the summer and warm in the winter, ours is boiling of a summer and freezing of a winter.

Could you consider doing another video which shows how you design around some of the awkward things that one faces with a house, for example satellite TV dish fitting, closing the end of the insulation against an un-insulated semi, and so on? The Welsh Government's evaluation of the technology suggests that it is let down by fitters arriving on site and having to fix problems on the fly. They recommended that sites should be surveyed by a qualified person who would then design solutions to problem items so that the fitting team would come fully prepared. Thus a 'Nighmares we discovered and how to fix them' video would be illuminating.

My dads was done around 5 years ago and still looks great how ever it makes the house echo slightly inside also a neighbour a few doors down had a fire and it crept behind the render up to the roof, the firebrigade had a right time putting it out
