Put in the bottle today. Had an immediate improvement in positive shifting, but still a very slight hesitation. Hopefully, this will improve with time and mileage.

Whoa bro! You go heavy huh? Full 32 ounces of Lucas lubricant in the tank and 1-2 trans repair in the transmission. Go big or go home! Love it man

Dang. vid. I just read bottle instruction and it worked. Drained some tranny fluid (Older car drain plug). Took me 10 minutes.

Couple tips for diy. Measure amount of old fluid to put right amount of new, change also external trans filter.

Thanks, should probably do this like yesterday. The transmission fluid is straight up grayish brown and smells like dirt. It also takes a lil bit to shifts and struggles up hill(people go around me lol)

To make it easier to pour the Lucas leave it hot water for about 10 minutes before using it. This thins it out and makes it run easier

Won't Lucas stops slip damage the transmission sensor or solenoid ?

Did you add it cuz you have slipped or issues? Or just prevent it?

Why you check on cold? Must be on hot with engine running ... Are you happy with the product?

FYI the Lucas is 24 Oz which isn’t quite a quart which is 32 Oz. You’d need 8 more Oz of regular tranny fluid.

I've had hard shifting especially the first shift until my transmission warms up. Fluid looks pretty dirty. Didn't get it's first transmission fluid change till 120k miles. Currently at 160k, had 3 transmission fluid changes since then. Going to replace the inline filter this week and just do another change. If that doesn't smooth it out I think I'll give a bottle of Lucas a try. I'm worried since Lucas is so thick and I live in alaska that the cold Temps won't mix well together?

Use a jack stand for secondary support not another jack or some blocks. What's the update what is your long term opinion on lucas?

You know you need to have car running to check Trans fluid level right?

Without having seen the entire video, did this improve your transmission shifts?

it would be best to use both jack to share the load and not just one holding the load to prevent the first jack from failing 50/50% load share.
