Tidus spends all of FFX trying to get back home, so when he tells Yuna that he's home. I was so moved.

I love that at the end, Yuna is standing in the same spot Tidus was at the opening of FFX.

The best part of this whole scene, and what gets me every time, is the fact that when he whistled... she came running. Just like she promised. That's love right there. Nothing was going to keep her from keeping her promise. Beautiful

I think the cutest thing about yuna in this game is the fact that she actually based her hair style and her outfit on Tidus. Not only that but also the same combat style he had and the sword he used in FFX-1 (if you use her warrior dressphere) and her colar is also a symbol of Tidus. The way she did this things was so adorable in my opinion and really shows how much she loved him. I guess doing these things she could still have a part of him with her forever

I cried hard when Final Fantasy X ended, it was just so powerful when I played it as a kid and today. I still play it every year because it means that much to me still.
When I got to play Final Fantasy X-2 and came across this ending I felt all my emotions come out once again. Seeing old love blossom even when it’s expected to not last yanked at my heart strings.

Yuna deserves his man after going through all of that obstacles. Such a strong woman!

This should have not been "the perfect ending". This should have been "the ending". I bet there are people who played both games and never knew how it really ended...

I now see why she ran to him and hugged him instead of anything else.
(Spoiler) In the ffx ending she ran to him on the airship and ran right through him. She stood there on the floor and told him she loved him. Now in this ending she ran towards him, and was able to hug him without falling. I adore this game, and wish they made a ffx-3 but, I'm scared they would ruin everything both ffx and ffx2 built up. Yuna and Tidus deserve this happy ending, after all they have gone through.

Im just realizing now after all these years, Yunas gunslinger outfit always had Tidus' aesthetics in mind. Wow.
