In Texas we seed clouds everywhere. Texas tech university spent 2.5 million seeding clouds last year. And it does cause big hail stones and stronger storms.

I live in Vancouver. The housing market, something is going on. 6 weeks ago, a local open house drew in hundreds of viewers and that house is still not sold. Yesterday, the house next door to the first house, similar house, absolutely NO viewers at the open house showing. What has happened? Are the Chinese moving their money out of Canada? There's no mistake here. Cloud seeding technology has been in use worldwide, for decades. It's not new. It is an agri-management tool, so, if they seeded clouds at the wrong time, they could trigger those floods. Therefore, this would be a planned event, not just some random mistake. They have to have the right conditions to do cloud seeding and rely on a lot of forecasting and calculation to successfully pull it off. So many people ask, " Why they don't seed clouds to create rain to extinguish wildfires?" Well, you need sufficient moisture and humidity and a cloudbase to start with. If you don't have them, you can't just seed the air and get rain. They know what they're doing, but are playing on people's ignorance about the technology.

Hang on a minute. My son`s house was washed away in Byron Bay last week. His young family had a lucky escape and ended up in a community centre owning nothing except the clothes they were wearing, not even shoes. Are you saying the heavy rain was worsened by cloud seeding? That could be classed as manslaughter as at lest 20 died in the floods.
