Very very misleading video title that probably led to most of the 19K views because the content certainly wasn't that compelling. Surely intended to mean DJ Audits' personal details were being exposed, or is it just me?.. I'm not sure if it's innocent or clever marketing.. I'll leave it there...

I feel sorry for the guy's family, but not in the slightest for DJ Audits himself. And no... it was not cool him pushing that guy in the chest.
The whole "Auditing" thing is the stupidest trend ever. Exposing corruption is a GOOD thing, but that isn't what these idiots are doing. They're irritating regular, hard-working folks to get clicks and likes (and make money).
So DJ is fine putting people on Blast all over YouTube but doesn't like it when someone puts him on Blast?

I agree totally mate. I have watched a lot of the audit videos both UK and US. It will escalate and someone will get hurt one day soon, probably an auditor.

The thing is, Nigel Roy Dicks of AC Adapters R Us at Barrington Business Park, Leycroft Rd, Leicester LE1 1ST, his details are filed with companies house and is public information. I'm surprised a man such as Roy, who is a keen advocate of information in public not being gagged or hidden, has such an objection to it... It's a bit odd. Or it could just be, he likes trying to get a reaction from people and thinks he's clever but doesn't like it when the shoe is on the other foot...

These incidents with so-called auditors will only get worse. Too many auditors these days are simply turning into bullies and are taking things too far just for the likes and subs. The tide will turn if they continue the way they're going.

Well DJ frauditor does turn up at other people's place of work. He does not know his stuff, often says he is on public land, when a very quick check on Land Registry reveals he is on private land, quotes Air Navigation Orders to defend his right to fly his drone, but forgets the ANO's that says you cannot create a nuisance when flying the drone, refuses to leave private property when told to do so. DJ's ID has been well known for quite a while. He also says things are dangerous, yet as far as I am aware he does not have any Health and Safety qualifications.

The information on the posters about DJ Audits could not have been obtained while he was on company premises as he always disguises himself with a mask, rather the information must have been obtained from public sources. Thus there was no breach of the Data Protection Act 2018 by the company, and DJ Audits has no case for any breach of data protection. If anything, it is the opposite: it is the company that has a claim against DJ Audits for harassment, trespass and breaches of data protection, and he and the other auditors could also be prosecuted in criminal law for aggravated trespass and section 5 public order offences.

If the posters included a photograph of DJ Audits' wife, that could be harassing, but it does depend on whether there was a justifiable reason for including her image. It could be that she is involved in his business in some way and assists with his auditing activities.
