What I saw in THIS @DJAUDITS Video is AWFUL!

This is an excellent example of "citizen journalism" and why it matters. Some people love it, some hate it (and probably still watch). This was a new take on why it helps, with an overview of the law involved.

Why would anyone plaster their company name on a van or building, then complain when someone notices and records it ? Makes no sense.

This is why the cost of cleaning up the mess made in manufacturing et cetera MUST be accepted as part of the business or corporation's cost of production and must come from their profits. It is squarely their responsibility.

The police in London tell people they cannot film as Journalists if they are not members of the NUJ. So the police are saying unless you are Union members you are not a Journalist. So according to this video they are again removing rights against the law.

I am a retired PC am surprised you have not done a video on the handcuffing of auditors during a stop search. One needs a reason to handcuff an individual which is a use of force. You have to justify the handcuffing of an individual ie aggression a history of violence etc It seems to be the automatic the go to action for many officers.A claim for compensation can certainly be put in for many of these police actions

Freedom of the press is only a right if everyone can participate. It's disheartening to see that many police will trample on someone's rights. Also, the public has a right to know when companies are polluting whether it's legal or not.

Essex Police went through a period of misquoting data protection laws to discourage people from submitting dashcam footage. They foolishly claimed dashcam users would need to advertise their filming 😂

The guy flys drones over buildings to get reactions from staff then he gets from views and people give crappy reviews on google. I oppose that conduct more than the reaction from the staff.

Hi Dan, I was just as horrified to see his YouTube video outside an Iranian TV station in London. After he exposed it's location to the world. A dissident Iranian journalist was stabbed outside his work.
