Is it the end for creators like DJ Audits, and other auditors?

WE look at the recent apparent unmasking of DJ Audits, the flight where he nearly landed on top of am uninvolved person, if the Air Navigation order applies and looking at if GDPR applies to auditors. More at

I watched that video. The security guard tried deliberately to obstruct the flight and landing of the drone.
The guard wasn't there when the drone took off but approached him knowing full well he was trying to land the drone..
You're picking on the wrong incident, IMO.

If the law changes the rights for the public to photo in public will make everyone with a smart phone effectively breaking laws. This then will effect companies, shops and other businesses who film people with security cameras!

That security guard was unlikely to let him land the drone safely. So he tried to land it into his hand quickly, given those circumstances what else could he do other than hover the drone above until it ran out of battery. The security guard knew full well he was preventing the safe landing of the drone.

I drive a car on a public highway, which means im operating a vehicle in a public space so are you saying if a member of public wants to occupy that same space at the same time and purposly obstructs my vehicle same as the security guard purposly obstructed Djs drone (he knew he wanted to land there and moved to block it) so if a person saw me driving on a road and purposly moved into the road to block me am I at fault then if he was injured in an unadvoidable accident on my part but advoidable by him by not choosing to place himself in

Well, it's 11 months since you put this video out. I've been watching this space and you 6 month time line has passed and thankfully the 'Auditors' are still doing a great job.

At a recent audit, DJ got upset, when a day or so after the video was posted one of the people in the video made a privacy complaint to YouTube and DJ had to blur that man's face out, then a couple of day's later, the other man in the video made a similar complaint, so he had to blur him too. These actions caused DJ to whine like a little woke girl.

I'm amazed at the number of people on DJAudits YouTube channel that are praising him and encouraging him to keep doing what he's doing. It used to be that these people just stood around with a camera and filmed a building until they got someone's attention. Now they have to drag drones into it and ruin another hobby for millions, even the ones that use drones for legitimate business work.

Firstly, let's look at some simple stats. You have 573 subs and DJ has over 110K! As for the video, it's crap mate. The guy was clearly in the way of the drone landing and if DJ had walked 100 meters away that guy would have got in the way again, you know that right? Common sense hopefully tells you that. On that alone discredits your video. Stick to creating good, informative and educational videos and not bashing other people who have a very successful channel and who have made a name for themselves.

In the footage I've seen thats confrontational, it's those who come out dictating that cause the problems.
