Ok.. very good description on what's happening with apnea..better than the animations..ok gentlemen..I need one answer.. have been on 2 yr journey of falling asleep 2 ir 3 times a day. I have severe ob. Apnea.. cpap is bs.. still looking fir my fix after 3 sleep studies..I have narrow throat.. during 2 surgeries that was supposed to be under general.. the doctor starts to look and insert throat tube. Both times they stopped and said it's too small.. I won't put you under.. I won't be able to get you back.. my question is....during my wake hours.. while standing and doing physical labor.. can my throat/apnea cause breathing prob.?? I notice when I film videos I can always hear me wheezing.. nit from lungs.. sounds like my throat area.. can my throat be blocked while upright?

Hello, thanks for your great contents, I would like to indulge in a conversation about a constant dizziness I started having since 22 days ago, which terribly affected my thinking clarity and spatial awareness and vision.

So basically I started having sleep issues since 2 years ago and started drinking alcohol every other day, 6 IUs of alcohol every other night. Got me sleeping good.

26 days ago I caught a viral fever, debilitating, stopped drinking and had no alcohol withdrawal symptoms. 4 days into the fever, I started having extreme delirium, dizziness, balance problems, and inability to think clearly (probably because I was stressed out about the weird dizziness), basically brain fog and grainy inefficient vision.

15 days ago I went to a neurologist, got an EEG done in the clinic, it caught me having focal seizures as the abnormality. Doctor gave me meds, I didn't start taking them, in the fear of having to rely on them, one of them had benzodiazepine.

My symptoms started to decrease automatically. Somehow I got my thinking clarity back but dizziness and delirium is the exact same as before.

8 days ago I went to another neurologist for second opinion, got another EEG and MRI done along with blood tests. Everything was fine. The focal seizure problem wasn't seen again. EEG came normal.

Doctor gave me L carnosine tabs 200mg to be taken twice a day. Started taking them, saw more improvements in terms of thinking clarity. Dizziness is still there, vision is getting granier than before.

One thing I noticed is that despite my dizziness and inability to think, even during the beginning of this problem, my problem solving skills as well as reflexes seemed higher than ever before.

Just 20 minutes ago I came about your video of alcohol withdrawal symptoms. I think that's what I am experiencing now.

Here lies the only problem, the visual blurryness, dizziness and my memory seeming like 50 percent of normal capacity, it is still significantly affecting my way of life. I lack the intense ambition and motivation as well as critical thinking skills and prowess that I used to pride myself on before.

If you had any insight on what is possibly causing this problem, and if it's due to alcohol withdrawal (I never have problem abstaining from any addiction) how much longer is it likely to last?

If I stick to 10-12 drinks per week recommendation of safe alcohol intake, am I still likely to experience these withdrawal symptoms in the future if I ever get better?

Or can these complications be caused from viral fever alone? My COVID test came negative btw.

The l carnosine tabs are used to improve autism patients. That's the scariest shit about it all.

Thanks for your great channel. Appreciate the informations.
